So,this is my OC,the "Blue Penguin" ^.^ finally the colored version.
Ahem....first than nothing,maybe this chara has some similarities with some other comic/videogame/anime characters.If so,it wasn't intentional

Now that was a long cough :P

Now following the new OC tradition,i will put up her BIO!!!

Name:Blue Penguin
Based on a Rockhopper Penguin,lOl

Status:Superhero!!!

Secret Identity: ?(coming soon...i hope XD)

Age:13

Personality: Cool(not cold ^^;)with a huge sense of justice,perfeccionist,at times gets angry easy,good with technology(a bit,she has a friend who does the whole technology suff by her),nice.Als,has a liking for cats and(obviously) penguins XD

Abilities and power stuff: Gets control over ice,and a bit of control of water.Has a lot of gadgets to help herself if needed,since she doesn't believes only on her "magic".Has some agility.

Weakness:She's speedy at times,but she can't run long distances.Weak agaisnt heat and fire.Her magic powers are kinda weak at times.Her personality can be a problem at times too...

Best weapon:Ice Sword(the one i draw her ^^)

Sorry...i've never been good at designing characters propely ^^; she'll get a better chara design someday,i hope ^.^ there are some charas besides her,and i gonna put some supervillians too(any ideas?jk) to make a comic...yea i know i still need ot start Penguin Phantom,but just as an idea!

the thing I don't understand (on her bio) is that she has ice powers, yet not much with water. Water is the exact same thing as ice, just in a different form.

lOl yea i know ^^; the thing is she can better control Ice than Water....i've noticed that,if they are the same thing in Sciences,there are some peep that points them as different elements lol ^^;
